Moen S3102 Features:
- Smart Shower two-outlet digital controller required for use, sold separately (TS3302TB or TS3302BL)
- ExactTemp® thermostatic valve allows you to dial in and maintain your ideal temperature for more precise temperature control
- The two-outlet valve allows you to connect 2 shower fixtures—such as a showerhead and handshower
- For full functionality and to enable voice control, wireless internet, a smartphone, and Amazon, Apple, or Google smart devices are required
- Valve must be installed in an area that has an access panel
- GFCI electrical outlet with continuous power (120V/60Hz) is required
- Compact 13-3/4 in. x 15-3/4 in. dimensions allow the valve to be installed between standard studs or in a cabinet or vanity
- Includes AC adapter and 30-foot controller data cable for flexible installation up to 30 feet away from the digital controller
- Optional Moen Battery Backup Kit (Moen item number 179573) is available to allow the shower to continue to work if power is lost
- Digital thermostatic shower valve design with ½" CC inlet connections and ½" CC outlet connections

Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging, tags, and labels.

- Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service at Info@faucetiy.com with your order number and reason for return. Alternatively, you can request a return from your Faucetiy account.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include this number with your returned items.
- Shipping the Return: Send the items to the address provided with the RA number.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. A 10% restocking fee applies if the item is returned due to a "No Longer Needed".
- Exchange: Specify the replacement item when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Return Fraud
- False information or returning different items than what was purchased is not permitted and may lead to legal action.
