Digital thermostatic Kohler K-28209-NA technology provides accurate, precise and consistent temperature and flow control in your showering system. This precision-engineered, best in class digital thermostatic valve is designed for use with the Anthem digital control. Its easy plug and play design makes installation simple. With two independently controllable outlet ports, this valve is ideally suited for applications where only one or two shower outlets are required. Optional built in eco mode lets you use just one outlet at a time to conserve water.

Installation
- Mounts within standard 2" x 4" (38 x 102 mm) walls.
- Install valve approximately 32' (9754 mm) away from the digital control (cable supplied with control).
- Prewired with two-prong plug for connection to 120v GFCI receptacle.
- After digital control is connected to valve and power source, follow on-screen prompts for easy setup; no Internet needed. (Digital control sold separately).

Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging, tags, and labels.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service at Info@faucetiy.com with your order number and reason for return. Alternatively, you can request a return from your Faucetiy account.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include this number with your returned items.
- Shipping the Return: Send the items to the address provided with the RA number.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. A 3% restocking fee applies if the item is returned due to a "No Longer Needed".
- Exchange: Specify the replacement item when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Return Fraud
- False information or returning different items than what was purchased is not permitted and may lead to legal action.

- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns.
