Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging, tags, and labels.
• Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

1. Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service at Info@faucetiy.com with your order number and reason for return. Alternatively, you can request a return from your Faucetiy account.
2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include this number with your returned items.
3. Shipping the Return: Send the items to the address provided with the RA number.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. A 3% restocking fee applies if the item is returned due to a "No Longer Needed".
• Exchange: Specify the replacement item when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Return Fraud

• False information or returning different items than what was purchased is not permitted and may lead to legal action.
