Returns and Exchanges

- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original packaging, tags, and labels.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Initiating a Return: Contact our customer service at Info@faucetiy.com with your order number and reason for return. Alternatively, you can request a return from your Faucetiy account.
- Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include this number with your returned items.
- Shipping the Return: Send the items to the address provided with the RA number.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. A 3% restocking fee applies if the item is returned due to a "No Longer Needed".
- Exchange: Specify the replacement item when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
