  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include this number with your returned items.
  3. Shipping the Return: Send the items to the address provided with the RA number.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. A 10% restocking fee applies if the item is returned due to a "No Longer Needed".
  • Exchange: Specify the replacement item when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
